How to return an item
We hope that you love your products but we understand that sometimes it’s not quite what you expected. We are happy to offer a refund for a product, provided it is returned to us within 14 days. Refunds will only be given where products are returned to us in the same condition they were received in and in their original packaging, with all original labels attached.
To return an item, please use the Contact Us section of the website and we will provide further details before sending to the address below. We recommend that you return your item using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post.

Once the item is received and we deem it to meet the returns conditions detailed above, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items. This does not affect your consumer rights.
